Created from a dream to enliven a rather complacent property market, this boutique agency was formed by Emma and John in the Spring of 2025. Emma runs things whilst John does the legwork.

We are based in central Bath yet we have designed our firm to have a truly flexible workplace, we can be at work wherever we are - always working for our clients !
